About Me

Education

I grew up in South Wales and attended the United World College of the Atlantic where I completed the International Baccalaureate and finished top of my year. I then read Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at St Hugh’s College, Oxford University.  I also hold an an MPhil in Philosophy from  University College London.  Before I went into teaching I worked in a number of research roles in the government and private sector.

I have been teaching since 2007, mostly at A level. Since then I have helped hundreds of students to achieve their potential.

More recently I was teacher of Economics and Consultant Teacher (most senior teacher) at Wycombe Abbey School. I gained Qualified Teacher Status in 2021 with ‘outstanding’ ratings across all teaching standards.

I have a full CRB check for working with children and young adults.
